“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
It is true that most will have to endure some form of suffering in their lives and that God can make great things come about through that suffering. “In the world, you will have trouble,” Christ tells the apostles on the eve of His death. He advises us to take up our crosses and follow Him in other parts of the Gospels, and the teachings of His disciples after Him echo this requirement of the Christian life.
This Page is for you to navigate some common areas we are seeking assistance in our struggels and/or in our suffering. You are most welcome to navigate these pages. If something is helpful, we encourage you to move in the direction of healing.
All of the resources on this page are exterior resources, many offering assistance online.
However, if these particular resources are not helpful and if you would like to connectin in a personal way for healing, you are always welcome to visit with either Fr. Tim or Deacon Jack for confidential prayer, counseling, spiritual direction or the like. There is no cost to these areas of pastoral care.
